1960s Reunion

Leverhulme Fellowship
Congratulations to Peter Lloyd-Sherlock (1976 - 1984), currently a Reader in Social Development at the university of East Anglia, on being awarded a Leverhulme Research Fellowship to study older people and International Development. Peter is one of only half a dozen BGS alumni to receive this distinguished award.

We were sorry to learn of the death on 10 July of Edward Williams (1933 - 38) and send our condolences to his family.

Robin Sisson
It was with great sadness that we learned of the death of Robin Sisson in a car accident on 26 June. Robin taught English in the school from 1981 to 2003. An obituary written by former pupil, Ben Moore, has been posted. A tribute page has been set up on Facebook:

Alistair Brownlee
